Prices
1. We are up front about costs We charge a fixed fee for labour, however long the job takes. The only additional charge is for the cost of the parts.
2. Installation or Removal of a machine - £48.75
3. Machines are priced individually, and prices vary. A small selection of these can be found on this site, but our stock changes daily, so please do not hesitate to call for details of more machines.
4. Call out charge - £18.75 (within 4 miles of KT8), £28.75 4-6 miles of KT8. For longer distances, please call for a call out cost.
5. Prices will be clearly communicated to you before any work is carried out. If work is not required, then only the callout charge shall apply.
Invoicing
Rugal Repairs and Sales Ltd provides a VAT invoice for all services and goods rendered. Terms and conditions are stated on your invoice, and any specific warranty terms will also be clearly stated there.
